    We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Safe Harbor Estate Law.

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Marketing Director/ Owner in growing our marketing efforts.

    Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, create website content, analyze data, and maintain marketing materials.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute the firm's back-end marketing system to ensure excellent customer service and to maintain top-of-mind awareness.
    • Assist with the development of marketing materials for targeted audiences.
    • Monitor vendors that maintain the Firm's website, social media accounts, and newsletter.
    • Contact organizations that would be willing to invite the firm to speak to their members, clients, or service populations.
    • Schedule, coordinate, conduct, and follow up on workshops and webinars
    • Assist with gift and special event planning.
    • Participate in weekly marketing meetings with the Marketing Director/ Owner. Assist with the marketing plan.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in marketing or related field. Or equivalent on-the-job work experience.

    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, branding, or other relevant fields.
    • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, execution, and monitoring.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Compensation:
    $30 - $40 hourly DOE
