    Our Client is seeking Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in the Austin, TX area.

    CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS/COMPENSATION


    • Full-time: All Shifts
    * $13.50- $15/hr DOQ


    CLIENT'S SUMMARY OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Assist Individuals in training activities as specified in their Individual Support Plans (ISP) and activity schedules
    • Assist and train Individuals in performing personal care and daily living activities to include but not limited to bathing, dressing and teeth brushing
    • Provide supervision to Individuals to ensure that their safety and health care needs are not compromised
    • Implement maladaptive behavior reduction program as specified by the behavior support plan, protocol or facility emergency procedures
    • Assist and support with transporting individuals on community orientation integration field trips relating to programs, and as needed to other programs or appointments outside the facility

    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license.
    • Verifiable experience working with developmentally disabled (preferred)
    • Ability to satisfactorily complete Background Check
