Job summary
Lead and coach teams at the enterprise level to implement SAFe practices working with leadership to ensure strategic alignment with Agile values.- Manage program execution by acting as a servant leader ensuring teams deliver value consistently and efficiently through the program lifecycle.
- Build and maintain program-level roadmaps partnering with Product Management to align with business priorities and long-term objectives.
- Facilitate Program Increment PI Planning Inspect and Adapt workshops and other key SAFe ceremonies to drive alignment across task orders and delivery teams.
