    • Regional medical officer/extensivist position for a growing, established organization
    • Monday to Friday daytime schedule is 40 hours with no call or weekends
    • Hire, develop, and supervise staff to build strong relationships with providers and network
    • May see some geriatric or post-acute patients with the team at SNFs or some home visits
    • Direct management and leadership for the organization's market in the greater Fresno area
    • Will consider IM or FM physicians with career interests in management and supervision
    • Competitive base salary plus incentives for over $325k combined earnings and full benefits
    • Fresno is the 5th largest city in California and centrally located, 3 hours to San Francisco or LA
