    Description

    We're looking for a Senior Controls Engineer who enjoys working in a team to work on industrial automation projects from concept to manufacturing.

    What you'll do:

    • Design control systems using AutoCAD, including power distribution, PLC configurations, panels, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation.
    • Develop tailored software solutions for projects.
    • Manage budgets and schedules in collaboration with Project Manager.
    • Provide solutions during project construction.
    • Mentor junior Controls Engineers.
    • Create project schedules.
    • Debug software and ensure production readiness.
    • Assist in project installation.

    What you'll need:

    • PLC expertise, including Allen Bradley models (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC 500, etc.) or Siemens.
    • HMI proficiency, such as; Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus, Siemens TP, and OP Series.
    • Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet I/P, ControlNet, Profibus, etc.).
    • Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives
    • Robotics skills & understanding of Linear Actuators
