    Targeted Years of Experience: 2-5 years Responsibilities:

    " Assist Construction Project Managers with the overall completion and financial outcome of construction projects.

    " Review funding requirements and submissions against Plan of Record

    " Manage all project financial activity in the Telecommunication finance systems, including but not limited to the creation of projects, funding projects, establishing project budgets, requesting purchase orders, change orders, tracking invoice payments and physically and financially closing projects.

    " Work closely with Telecommunication Project Managers, Vendors, Accounts Payables and other internal Telecommunication teams.

    " Maintain and update project trackers and communicate financial outlooks

    MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


    • Must possess excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate success in building interpersonal relationships
    • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and has experience supporting a team in daily administrative construction tasks.
    • Ability to work with co-workers in a cooperative manner while remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    List skills that are not required to perform the role, but would be helpful and in some cases could supersede a missing "must-have" skill.

    1. Proficient in MS Office suite, Google Office Suite and Smartsheets


    • Good understanding of Accounting and financial terms
    • Exposure to IBM Tririga and 1ERP is a plus.
    EDUCATION/


    CERTIFICATIONS:
    Undergraduate Degree in Business with accounting and finance course work preferred
