- Organize product movement based on production schedules and daily orders.
- Safely operate machinery and handle materials to facilitate production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to compile customer orders and record inventory.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working alongside industrial machinery.
- Comfortable working in varied temperatures and noise levels, with appropriate protective gear.
- Capable of lifting at least 40 lbs., with potential for heavier lifting depending on the facility.
- Previous warehouse experience as a selector, case picker, or internet fulfilment associate is recommended.
- Must be willing to work in cold temperature.
