- Full-Spectrum HR Management: Oversee all facets of Human Resources within the organization.
- Employee Lifecycle Handling: Conduct employee hiring and termination processes in adherence to company policies.
- Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the open enrollment process.
- Accurate Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with health and benefit related queries or concerns.
- Administrative Oversight: Maintain administrative forms and the employee handbook, keeping them current and accessible.
- Safety Coordination: Serve as the safety coordinator, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Correspondence: Compose and distribute routine written communications pertaining to HR matters.
- Document Filing: Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for HR related documentation.
- High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field recommended.
- Up to date knowledge of California Labor Law is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Experience using ADP for payroll processing.
