    Job Summary (50 Words)

    We are seeking an Entry-Level Production Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up tool holders, measuring equipment, and performing various tasks related to production.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up tool holders and measure equipment for each batch.
    • Use hammers to strike metal rods within a predetermined tolerance range.
    • Determine part location prior to inspection and transportation.
    • Transport straightened parts to their next location.
    • Routine housekeeping of work area.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate clearly.
    • Lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Sit for 8 hours per shift.
    • Use primary arm to swing hammers.
    • Bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
    • Display good judgment.
    • Be attentive to detail.
    • Able to perform routine math operations.
    • Able to read.
