    Description

    Overview:
    This position will be responsible for performing service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, interior finishes, and appliance servicing while maintaining a safe and friendly environment


    Qualifications:
    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D.

    certificate1-3 years of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled tradeProficient skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry and electricalKnowledge of hand and power tools and a mechanical aptitude.

    Maintenance experience with a resort and/or hotel experience preferred OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit (Age 21 or older, Acceptable driving record, Valid State Issued Driver's License, and Acceptable Drug Screen Results)

    Ability to problem solve and troubleshootStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to follow written instruction Essential Functions:
    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    Works in a team environment in a primary response role to complete maintenance inspections, repairs, and preparation of client's property.

    Assist with preventative maintenance duties and repairs throughout the client's property.
    Assist clients and associates in the resolution of maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
    Drive between MasterCorp client sites within the day to perform duties.
    Maintain accurate records of work performed.
