- Video Processing – Processing and reviewing video, to include capturing still photos, for updates and reports.
- Updates – Providing updates after video review to the Director and Account Manager for deliver to client.
- Written Reports – Reviewing video and generating final investigative reports for grammatical and factual accuracy.
- Creates and maintains written daily updates, to include supporting still photo and video links and final investigative reports for submission to Managers.
- Consults with Manager on appropriate surveillance strategies for individual cases, before and throughout the investigative process.

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word & Outlook
- 3-5 years prior office/administrative experience and/or Associate's Degree in Business or Criminal Justice
- B.S. in Criminal Justice or related field.
- Previous surveillance/investigative administrative experience.
- Experience with administrative office operations and procedures.
