- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and production equipment to improve efficiency and quality.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of aerospace components.
- Use Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to analyze problems, provide technical solutions and reduce waste.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase productivity.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes, including process validation and qualification activities.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry
- Sound troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, lean and six sigma tools (greenbelt preferred)
