is actively seeking a motivated

Assistant Director of Nursing

for our community in Rochester, NY.

Our

Assistant Director of Nursing

is an integral part of the care team that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing care in a nursing home setting.

The ADON oversees the nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities ·

Direct oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel.

·

Guide staffing procedures.

·

Organize and coordinate admission.

·

Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed.

·

Manage record-keeping procedures.

·

Collaborate with other departments and professional to streamline operations.

·

Will include IP

·

Report to upper management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise ·

Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

·

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting.

·

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

·

Ability to lead and develop personnel. Knowledge of legal regulations.
