    My client is experience immense growth and are excited to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team This position will be a Finance Business Partner to many cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, etc The Senior Financial Analyst will take ownership of strategic analysis across the teams you will work cross-functionally with deriving data that will inform key business decisions to deliver profitable growth.

    Job Description

    Act as the Finance Business Partner, working cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc. to strategically analyze business performance.
    Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support key decision making.
    Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Report and present financial analysis to Senior Leaders and make recommendations based on financial performance.
    Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and strategic initiatives.
    Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
    Maintains internal controls to ensure the accuracy of the financials.
    Creates process improvements to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
    Develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
    Other ad hoc analysis request as needed.

    The Successful Applicant

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    3+ years of experience in accounting/finance
    Manufacturing industry or relevant industry experience preferred
    Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel and working knowledge of ERP systems
    Strong business communication skills
    Attention to detail with a focus on delivering results

    What's on Offer

    Competitive base salary ranging from $115,000 - $125,000
