    Position Overview Join us in our fast-paced support to the Space Development Agency (SDA )
    Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture
    SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience
    We are seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) to support SDA's mission
    The PSR's primary function is to provide multi-discipline security support for one or more of the client's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), and collateral programs
    Responsibilities


    • Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities.
    • Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
    • Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data in support of US military operations, including Security Classification Guides.
    • Provide daily security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems; draft Standard Operation Procedures.
    • Prepare DD 254s and coordinate approval through external organizations.
    • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities
    Conduct Program Protection Plan reviews and coordination to ensure OPSEC protections for Critical Program Information.


    • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs, and monitor, report and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
    • Conduct exploration of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments resulting from the loss of classified information
    Required Qualifications


    • TS/SCI Clearance Required; #qinetiqclearedjob
    • 4 years+ related experience required
    • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
    • Must be a proactive, self-starter
    • Working knowledge of several security disciplines: Industrial, Physical, Information, Program Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • DoD and IC experience preferred (DoD most critical)
