RN Risk Manager/In-Service Coordinator

Located in Queens, NY

Salary: $100K - $130K per year (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

· Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks

· Oversee assigned employees within risk management areas, communicate risk policies and processes within the organization

· Be available as a resource to the organization's clinical, administrative, and care coordination

· Participate in formulating risk reduction strategies, policy and/or organizational changes throughout the health system

· Staff Education/training

Qualifications:

· Must have long term care/nursing home experience

· Must have New York State RN license

· Must have risk management experience

· Must have background in nurse education

· Strong clinical knowledge
