Job summary
This position has full authority and responsibility for project profits and losses. Project Integrator manages all aspects of assigned ship repair projects including planning, estimating, negotiating staffs directs work reconciles final billings on assigned projects meets or exceeds customers realistic expectations for quality productivity safety on projects manages customer relationship throughout any changes in scope price of project assures continuing customer satisfaction profitable project closure resolves issues daily with customers owners Port authorities other interested parties represents Company fairly consistently when interacting with customers works closely Contracting Estimating Department estimate plan execute settle projects provides necessary documentation for bill settlement negotiation change orders timely manner advises Contracting Department opportunities increase profits avoid losses serves Programs Control Account Manager CAM responsible planning coordinating achieving work control accounts defines tasks establishes budgets maintains schedules interprets specifications plans project sequencing coordinates phases prevent delays rework ensures change order requests CFRs properly written approves them providing Project Management team writes timely accurate documentation each job contributes accordingly final written specifications confers supervision project management staff inspectors suppliers materials resolve repair problems improve methods monitors job progress uses earned value management techniques identify problem areas forecast costs reports performance.Job description
