- Full-Time Opportunity
- Collaborate with a team of 5 Faculty Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 44 Residents, and dedicated Staff
- Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Benefit from embedded care team support including RN Care Managers, MSWs, CHWs, Diabetes Educator, and PharmD
- Access on-site x-ray, lab, pharmacy & interpreter services
- Conveniently located less than 2 blocks away from our main hospital, Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center
- Utilize System level care management resources and virtual technology
- Prior experience in Primary Care preferred
- Demonstrate a strong passion for serving underserved, medically complex patients in a diverse practice environment embracing various races, cultures, ethnicities, and languages.
