    As theCorporate Accounts Manager, you will focus on developing relationships with all multi-family corporate account decision-makers and negotiating favorable agreements to use PPG Paints products. You will help drive national agreements with customers in the Multi-Family segment to increase market share with current customers and new business.

    The Corporate Account Manager will report to the Sr. Corporate Accounts Manager and work remotely and on site in California, Washington, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify sales opportunities, establish key partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs.
    • Develop the sales strategy to identify, prioritize and target the accounts within target segment.
    • Analyze financial data on a regular basis, resolve and evaluate the need for change to drive financial gains.
    • Maintain accurate records and projects on all accounts and prospects including contacts, call activity and account specs, pricing, colors, reporting requirements in CRM system Client-Link.
    • Develop launch plans and coordinate program launches with field sales managers and sales reps fully defining their roles and requirements on projects
    • Travel in defined region and/or nationwide to call on current and prospective strategic account customers.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three years' experience in corporate account sales with a proven track record of success. Paint or coatings experience preferred.
    • High School Diploma required; college education preferred.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and web-based applications.
    • Possess financial acumen (Understanding of financial statements, customer contribution, and financial drivers at the customer).
    • Must travel 75% and possess a valid driver's license.

    Salary range based on experience. Base salary $80,000-100,000 plus bonus.
