    ROLE

    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end growth marketing efforts during a period of company expansion. This person will lead their global team to improve, execute and continue to define the comprehensive growth marketing plan that drives customer acquisition and top-line profitability across multiple online, in-person and field channels.

    Requirements

    • Owning the company's growth marketing vision, strategy, and plan to drive profitable topline growth and develop the company brands as a leader in location-based entertainment.
    • Leading and mentoring a global team, with a focus on growth, innovation and collaboration.
    • Refining, defining and seeking opportunities for continued innovation across the 12-24 month marketing plans for customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
    • Directing all online and offline marketing programs including Paid Search, Out-of-Home, Email Marketing, Affiliates, Display, Retargeting, PR, Social, and other marketing partnerships to drive profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales.
    • Testing and implementing creative and innovative campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, leveraging cutting-edge strategies and emerging platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Maintaining and improving relationships with Operations Team and Museum sites to enhance our value proposition and offering with a focus on driving improvements in our guest experience and visitation.
    • Establishing benchmarks and tracking progress on results for business-critical KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, retention, LTV/payback) and owning achievement of monthly KPIs.
    • Utilizing data-driven insights, competitor strategies, and AI to optimize marketing and omni-channel strategies as well as enhance generative search, marketing campaign content and campaign analytics.
    • Providing proactive insights and analysis on strategic challenges and marketing opportunities to senior leadership. Identifying new opportunities and determining the cost-effectiveness and ROI of various new initiatives.
    • Overseeing budgets and allocating resources effectively, also partnering with finance to develop and implement advanced analytical models and tools to support marketing efforts.
    PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

    The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in marketing, with an extensive history of successfully driving and lowering the cost of customer acquisition. A strong candidate will have experience working in a lean, nimble, and high-growth environment. A strong candidate will also be familiar with using AI as a core part of the marketing strategy execution.

    The ideal candidate should also possess, at minimum, the following qualifications and attributes:

    • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a deep focus on upper-funnel brand marketing;
    • Experience working across the full DTC marketing funnel (customer acquisition, conversion and engagement) and across the marketing mix including online and offline channels;
    • Combination of strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data and insights into a better customer experience and influence intelligent decision making across the business;
    • Top-notch analytical skills with a proven ability to work through data to find opportunities and actionable insights that are not readily apparent;
    • Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams;
    • Familiarity with working in multi-city and/or in an international setting;

    The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000 USD dependent on location and experience.
