    **Position Available: Landscape Architect and Project Manager**

    We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect who can seamlessly blend design creativity with project management proficiency. In this dual-role position, you will lead landscape architecture projects while overseeing their management aspects from inception to fruition. Collaboration, innovation, and delivering exceptional design solutions will be at the core of your responsibilities.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects, from conceptualization through construction.
    - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project objectives are met.
    - Create and present design concepts, plans, and presentations that align with client visions and project goals.
    - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project phases.
    - Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
    - Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
    - Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect preferred.
    - Minimum of [X] years of experience in landscape architecture and project management roles.
    - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
    - Strong design portfolio showcasing successful landscape architecture projects.
    - Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
