    Description

    Join a thriving hospital-employed Urology Clinic based in rural Eastern Oregon. They seek an innovative, dynamic, and personable Urologist who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work-life balance with schedule flexibility Join their team of 1 full-time physician and 1 full-time allied health professional.

    About the Opportunity

    • Reason for opening: Pending retirement + growth
    • Level IV Trauma Center
    • Four 10-hour days per week
    • Average 14-16 patients per day
    • Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
    • Fulltime, Permanent
    • Epic EMR

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Total compensation opportunity (600k+) that includes the following:

    • Quality incentives up to $161k
    • RVU bonus is based on an annual threshold.
    • Commencement bonus of $40,000
    • $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
    • Student loan repayment
    • Full benefits, including a 401k match.
    • Paid malpractice
