Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse SNF at HighPointe

Job Description:
- Carry out tasks within the scope of casefinding, health teaching, counseling, and delivering supportive care under the guidance of a registered professional nurse or licensed healthcare provider.
- Adhere to current Kaleida policies and practice standards.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Must have a license as a Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Internal applicants for clinical roles must have at least nine months of relevant work experience within the past two years.
- Completion of all orientation/probationary requirements.
