- Directs diagnostic and troubleshooting activities for chronically troubled assets
- Collaborates with facility management and construction teams
- Supports financial and operational analysis of asset inventory
- Prioritizes assets by performance and assists with development of repair/replace plans
- Supports cost negotiation activities with service vendors
- Ensures compliance with best practices for a specific asset class
- Validates asset strategic sourcing strategies
- Researches energy-saving and sustainability options with Engineering and Sustainability teams

- Identifies and optimizes service provider base
