Responsible for assembling and maintaining patients' health information in either EMR (Electronic Medical Record or charts.Ensures all forms are completed and properly identified signed,Integrates the hospital's mission Guiding Principles into daily practice.
- Medical record experience in a hospital setting preferred. ,OR any equivalent combination of education experience
- Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry word processing email record management.Effective organizational time management skills.Effective written verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain quality safety standards.Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.Ability to work closely professionally with others. ,
