    Southland Holdings is seeking a Level II technical support for local and remote office personnel. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-sufficient IT professionals with a broad skill set and knowledge of networking, hardware and software installation and support and experience working in an enterprise environment. This role is 100% onsite at our Grapevine office.

    Experience (preferred):

    • (2+) years in a "help-desk" type role offering support via phone, email and in-person
    • Experience with installation and troubleshooting of common PC hardware peripherals
    • Experience with variety of software installations and software user training
    • Experience supporting users in a Citrix or Remote Desktop environment (a plus)
    • Experience providing end user support and management for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
    Responsibilities:
    • End-user support for both local office staff and remote workers and respond to and resolve level 2 type support issues
    • Be second-line support for IT Help Desk calls (field calls, create tickets, escalate issues as needed)
    Knowledge/Skills:
    • Strong customer service support mindset (empathy, urgency, commitment, follow-through)
    • Knowledge and administration of Windows OS on PC
    • Knowledge of general software and hardware installations
    • Sound technical knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems and devices
    • Experience with Citrix or other Remote Desktop / Terminal Service environment a plus

    • Must be able to multitask and resolve all tasks in a timely manner
    • Must be comfortable interacting with non-technical customers
    • Must be prompt, have excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
    Requirements:
    • Required Hours: 8am-5pm CST
    • Willingness and ability to work some nights and weekends as required
    • High school diploma or equivalent level of education required

    • Comptia A+
    • Comptia Net+
    • Comptia Security+
    • ITIL
    • MCSA
    Schedule:
    • 100% in on-site 7am-4pm
