- (2+) years in a "help-desk" type role offering support via phone, email and in-person
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of common PC hardware peripherals
- Experience with variety of software installations and software user training
- Experience supporting users in a Citrix or Remote Desktop environment (a plus)
- Experience providing end user support and management for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- End-user support for both local office staff and remote workers and respond to and resolve level 2 type support issues
- Be second-line support for IT Help Desk calls (field calls, create tickets, escalate issues as needed)
- Strong customer service support mindset (empathy, urgency, commitment, follow-through)
- Knowledge and administration of Windows OS on PC
- Knowledge of general software and hardware installations
- Sound technical knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems and devices
- Experience with Citrix or other Remote Desktop / Terminal Service environment a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong personal and social skills
- Must be able to function independently in difficult situations
- Must be able to multitask and resolve all tasks in a timely manner
- Must be comfortable interacting with non-technical customers
- Must be prompt, have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
- Required Hours: 8am-5pm CST
- Willingness and ability to work some nights and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent level of education required
