Status: Full time, Salary+ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM+

Weekend Work: Occasional+

+ Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness.+ Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues.+ One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month.

Requirements:


+ Associates or Diploma Nursing+ Active/Clear RN license is required+ Preferred Case Manager Certification+ Preferred OASIS or Coding CertificationExperience:
