    Position Responsibilities:


    Collaborate in the oversight of the nutrition program throughout Renfrew, which may include:Supervision of Nutrition Managers who are overseeing the Registered Dietitians in each of Renfrew's regions.

    Organization of the ongoing training, supervision, and peer review process of Registered Dietitians throughout the organization.
    Development of Renfrew-wide policies and nutrition practice guidelines.
    Staying on top of developments in nutrition practice around eating disorders and extremes of weight and metabolism.
    Disseminating important nutritional best practice and research in the field as pertinent to Renfrew staff.
    Collaborate with the Marketing Department as a spokesperson for nutrition practice at Renfrew on various specific topics and venues.
    Provide direct supervision to the dietitians on the Spring Lane Residential campus.
    Function as team dietitian when needed for back up coverage.
    Run weekly nutrition groups.
    Participate in nutrition workgroups as needed.
    Participate in Renfrew research activities as requested.


    Education,, Competencies, and Credentials:
    Minimum 3-years' experience as a Dietitian or NutritionistExperience treating eating disorders requiredMinimum 2-years' management experience preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding organizational, time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office ProductsAbility to work well in a team settingThe Renfrew Center has been a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders since 1985.
