Stiamo cercando un

Software Engineer

con esperienza in ambito Information Technology nel settore Bancario, che abbia partecipato a progetti di sviluppo ad alta complessità.
Sono requisiti primari la conoscenza dei principali prodotti finanziari, avere esperienza di sviluppo di applicativi nell'Area Finanza e la provenienza da società di Software Engineering o da strutture equivalenti.
E' richiesta inoltre la capacità di gestire relazioni anche con utenti di Business ed interagire con fornitori terzi.
Capacità di problem solving e forte spirito di squadra sono le caratteristiche che completano il profilo.
Lavorerai come software engineer all'interno di un team composto sia da Project Manager che da analisti funzionali; le principali attività sono:
Discuterai con gli analisti funzionali i requisiti e le necessità di Business al fine di individuare architetture e soluzioni dettagliando le specifiche tecniche e valutando gli impatti.
Collaborerai alla predisposizione delle stime, alla stesura delle analisi tecniche e alla realizzazione del software, coordinando sviluppo interno o interagendo con team esterni seguendo le diverse fasi progettuali
Gestirai e/o eseguirai direttamente una parte degli sviluppi software e dei processi di change;
Eseguirai i test con gli analisti funzionali includendo anche i test tecnici e di performance necessari, seguirai il rilascio in produzione e i follow-up seguendo le normative aziendali
Aiuterai la crescita professionale degli sviluppatori junior attraverso un'azione continua di "coaching on the job";
Esperienza Richiesta

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progetti IT a medio/alta complessità preferibilmente nel contesto digitale bancario, finanziario o settore creditizio.

Il pregresso svolgimento del ruolo di team leader di un gruppo di sviluppo è considerato un elemento distintivo della candidatura.
Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze

Laurea STEM, Economia in ambito finanza
Conoscenza sistema position keeping Murex (FO, MO, BO)
Esperienza di configurazione/sviluppo su moduli Murex (Datamart, Real Time, MXML, Confirmation)
Esperienza di integrazione tra sistemi (online, batch)
Esperienza nella progettazione in scripting su shell Linux/Unix
Conoscenza principali Sistemi Operativi per Server
Conoscenza delle tecnologie legate all'uso dei principali RDBMS (Sybase, Oracle DB, MySQL)
Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
Conoscenza delle metodologie progettuali Waterfall e Agile
Conoscenza dei sistemi di versionamento Software (es. RTC, GIT)
Preferenziali:
Conoscenza del funzionamento dei sistemi di position keeping e dei sistemi di sintesi
Conoscenza base strumenti finanziari
Competenze basi di tecnologie Cloud based
Conoscenza di strumenti e procedure di test automation
Conoscenze in ambito di sviluppi a microservizi
Conoscenza utilizzo GRID
