    Manages new projects and existing projects from inception (PO) to completion (PPAP/ approval). These projects may include new mold builds with production, engineering changes, spot buys, and revisions. Will work with Tool Shop, processing, inspection, and production management to ensure project completion and successful production launch.


    • Manage each project using IQMS Project Manager. Update all IQMS Project Manager tasks, initiate invoicing, and receiving purchased items and close completed projects efficiently.
    • Responsible for AQP process for all projects (New, Transfer & Engineering Changes) from kick-off to completion
    • Support Technical reviews with Account Managers according to customer requirements.
    • Facilitate cross functional team on completion of PFD, PFMEA and CP
    • Responsible for overseeing all customer-related issues involving customer kick-off, part design, mold design and all other customer issues that may arise between project start and PPAP approval.
    • Ensure all projects are on time and within budget, supporting Prism's QOS measurables for PPAP and Project Performance.
    • Ensure all new molds meet or exceed the requirements of Prism Plastics and customer Mold Build Standards.
    • Coordinate and Schedule samplings with plant personnel
    • Assist Process Development Technician in new tool samples to optimize "Quote versus Actual" (QVA) performance.
    • Lead all functional and dimensional mold adjustments to completion.
    • Provide technical support and/or clarification to Metrology Technicians on dimensional layouts
    • Initiate Managing Change Process (Form)
    • Initiate Bank Build Process (Form)
    • Initiate Tool Transfers between Prism facilities
    • Complete IQMS workflow signoffs for ECO's and PPAP as assigned
    Secondary Responsibilities


    • Assist manufacturing and CSE on CAR related activities
    • Assist manufacturing on NCR related activities
