Compensation: Range - $225,000 - $355,000

Description: Keystone Perfusion Services, PC is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Perfusionist to join our team of NRP Perfusionists in Michigan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion education program
- Certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP)
- Prior NRP experience preferred but not required
Competencies:
- Safe and effective operation of cardiac perfusion equipment
- Effective infection control practices related to equipment operation
- Accurate patient information review
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Infection Prevention
- Ongoing professional development
The ideal candidate will have highly effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to promote professionalism through involvement in professional organizations, teaching, research, publishing, and/or certification in an area of specialty.
We offer a competitive compensation range of $225,000 to $355,000, 401(k) company contribution, health, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending account, company-paid life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and CME reimbursement.
