- Oversee and manage the back-of-house team along with food production operations.
- Train and develop Sous Chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Provide clear directions and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Encourage team members to broaden their culinary skills through cross-training on various kitchen stations.
- Supervise butchering and portion control across all shifts.
- Establish expectations for maintaining a high-quality food standard in a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in the hiring and training of back-of-house team members to meet staffing objectives.
- Manage orders for produce, seafood, and other core food items.
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts in collaboration with the team.
- Foster a cooperative kitchen environment while closely collaborating with management.
