The Material Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement accountable of Army equipment and materiel at a contractor-managed equipment turn-in site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate receipt staging and movement of
- Ensure sequencing prioritization inspection accountability storage status tracking support high-volume mass operations by managing workflow resource allocation review validate supply documents data entry into systems logs spreadsheets reports audit readiness maintaining accurate compliant material records coordinate with warehouse staff storage tagging labeling segregation items monitor availability safe use MHE work transportation schedule track incoming outgoing shipments prepare cargo requests documentation load plans accordance standards ensure accountability during loading offloading equipment assist unit personnel resolve discrepancies serve liaison between contractor site Army units Contracting Officer Representative COR provide responsive customer service supported units maintaining compliance employees may perform other duties assigned qualifications high school diploma equivalent associate s logistics supply chain related field preferred years logistics experience prior U.S Army contractor experience strongly preferred knowledge army regulations GCSSArmy DPAS LMP TC-AIMS II skills strong organizational multitasking ability proficiency Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook read interpret process army documentation effective communication coordination skills operate coordinate safe use MHE real ID required Texas driving license proof vehicle insurance must travel when required
