- Works with senior division leaders to build, implement, and provide ongoing support for the talent and culture strategy
- Coaches leaders on workforce planning, and effective management of compensation, performance, and individual development
- Works with HR COEs, HR Optimization team, and other HRBPs to ensure consistent approach, alignment of priorities, and development of solutions
- Partners with business leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, to ensure HR strategy and deliverables are focused in the areas that will have the biggest impact
- Uses data and insights to guide business decision-making
- May manage other HR professionals to support assigned business areas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree required, with an MBA highly desirable
- Minimum of 8 years working in an HR generalist or leadership role, where capability coaching leaders at all levels has been developed
- Must have strong business acumen with comfort leveraging data and insights to guide decision-making
- Requires exceptional collaboration and influencing skills
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Must be able to objectively evaluate complex situations, and manage both the expectations of the company with the needs of the business

Description
HR Business Partner - Regional ManagerThe HR Business Partner works closely with senior management in assigned business areas to develop and implement a talent and culture strategy and strategic HR initiatives aligned with both the business and company strategies. The HRBP coaches business leaders in areas such as talent management, compensation, engagement, organizational design, policy guidance, change management, and complex employee relations issues. This individual will partner closely with the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Optimization teams to ensure effective delivery of HR solutions across the company.
