Job summary
This role involves overseeing performance functions including prioritizing projects ad-hoc requests managing associates coaching development ensuring compliance with GIPS standards daily monthly reconciliation functions institutional PCG business lines.
Responsibilities
- Management/Strategic Plays lead role in onboarding new associates oversee training program create plans content milestones goals identifies reports strategic metrics Director Performance Reconciliation key risks staffing analysis etc partners Director Performance Reconciliation direction performance function includes developing overarching objectives vision department participates hiring process new associates Performance Reconciliation.
- Performance & Reconciliation responsible all aspects calculation delivery portfolio composite performance daily monthly quarterly basis Eagle PACE Institutional Private Client Group lines business oversees daily import allocation benchmark data develops framework increase efficiency decrease risk error within performance department maximizing effectiveness technology used works closely Marketing produce enhance generation performance returns marketing collateral client presentations requests proposals consultant questionnaires etc creates refines definition all PACE processes used analytical tools verify accuracy performance data oversees appropriate documentation additions deletions transfers portfolios composites oversees daily monthly reconciliation transactions holdings FWIA Bloomberg custodian banks accounts custodians develops maintains oversees Private Client Group new account discontinued account processes incorporating needs client services portfolio management marketing works directly Director Vice President Investment Operations special projects needed provides ongoing support operational functions assists internal audit GIPS SEC NASD examinations needed works other areas Enterprise Investment Accounting Cash Management ensure smooth transfer information.
