    Network Logic is seeking a Professional & experienced Level 2 / Desktop support technician to join our team

    Network Logic has been in business since 1998 and Provides Managed I.T. Services

    to their Corporate Clients located in New Orleans, Metairie, North Shore & Southern Mississippi.

    Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:

    • Provide Level 2 Desktop support services for our business clients
    • Manage Clients Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and resolve other I.T. related problems.
    • Track customer issues and resolutions, manage clients backups, process tickets using Datto RMM

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years Experience in IT Field, primarily working as Desktop Support Technician
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor

    This position is challenging but also very rewarding .

    This position requires an individual with above average organizational and multi-tasking skills.

    Network Logic I.T. staff are asked to go on-site to provide certain type of upgrades, installations and perform other Desktop services that can't be done remotely.

    This could consist of replacing older Cisco or Ubiquity Managed switches, replacing Older Windows Servers, upgrading Legacy Routers with newer Models , or it could be where the Clients Network has completely lost connection and requires an on-site service call.

    The applicant must possess hands-on experience working with Managed Cisco, Ubiquity, Net gear Switches , Routers and Firewalls.

    The applicant should possess at least 2 years of extensive I.T support working with Windows 10, Windows 11,

    Experience working with Microsoft Server , 2016, 2019, Active Directory and Group Polices a Plus .

    Must have Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 security products.

    This position is not stagnant and has much growth opportunity both on the technical and project management side as well as
