Job summary
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a unionized workforce during an assigned rotating shift at a 24/7 pharmaceutical glass tubing manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all safety, quality and productivity objectives are met by effectively coordinating personnel addressing production challenges and maintaining open communication with both incoming and outgoing shifts.Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates the daily activities of the production workforce to meet established safety quality and productivity targets.
- Promotes a workplace culture based on teamwork communication accountability.
