Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful placement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Business Services industry.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Provide tailored advice to clients on market trends and hiring best practices.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain and update the candidate and client database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual sales targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Profile
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:
- 3-4+ years in B2B sales, ideally in 360/full desk recruitment sales
- Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and job boards)
- A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a coachable mindset
