The Master Stylist is responsible for delivering quality professional services with an emphasis on the guest’s total look. They support the Experience Manager (SM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service sales, productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). Key duties include performing hair services such as haircutting, coloring, styling updos perms blowouts keratin treatments extensions makeup applications ear piercing supporting in-store events product demonstrations serving guests timely efficient manner partnering skin therapists retail team building client relationships maintaining cleanliness.
