- Provide effective management and directorship over the Production Control Department.
- Oversee all aspects of Work/Production Control activities to ensure timely and cost-effective accomplishment of work assigned to the department.
- Provide daily management/oversight ensuring customer requests, DMOs, OWOs, and PWOs, including scheduling, monitoring timely completion of both in-house and subcontracted Service Orders are processed timely and within contract specifications.
- Assists Planner/Estimators in estimating functions such as qualifying and establishing new vendors, researching similar estimates, and coordinating any quality problems.
- Serve as a database steward, responsible for managing data quality and maintaining optimal oversight/data integrity.
- Combine data, processes, and tools to help plan and manage facilities.
- Generate reports and briefings/presentations for management and senior leadership.
- Assist with all facets of facilities Operations and Maintenance work.
- Monitor and promote optimal customer satisfaction and implement improved work methods and procedures to increase productivity and customer service.
- Coordinates directly with customers to resolve issues and promptly communicate concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.
- Ensure program execution accordance with the government's budget and timelines.
- Provide program management with reports and project status'.
- Work with all division personnel to create process improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience providing familiarity in the activities of facilities management and work control management.
- Specialized experience working with a federal government agency or US military installation is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of work management systems/software/programs (e.g., MAXIMO).
- Proficient computer skills to include the use of office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) required.
- The position also requires an interface on many technical/facilities maintenance issues with the customer. As such, knowledge of various preventive maintenance models is desirable.
- Possess strong analytic skills to process large quantities of data quickly, accurately, and be able to perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, errors, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks in a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules under pressure of deadlines while maintaining acceptable performance standards.
- Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices.
- Must be able to work alternate shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays.
- Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License as required by the position.
- Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
