    Description

    RBT Pay Range:
    $20-$30 Hourly

    Behavioral Family Solutions is looking for experienced RBTs who value clinical support and adhere to the BACBs ethical code. Our agency has active cases ready to start full time (30 hours minimum/week) or part time (15 hours minimum/week).

    Student Analysts Pay Range:
    $22-$30 Hourly

    Student Analyst opportunities are available to those who are currently enrolled in a Master's program or ABA course sequence. Supervision and unrestricted hours are provided by our Student Analyst Advisor. Our graduates are thoroughly prepared to transition from RBT to Analyst and begin their own caseload immediately.

    follows the individualized treatment plan
    demonstrates skills in acquisition programs
    gathers their materials to be used in session
    upholds the BACB's ethical guidelines
    communicates frequently with BCBA and caregivers


    Required Skills and Experience:
    Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential
    High School diploma, with one or more years' experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
    Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient's rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
    Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred


    General Job Requirements:
    Reliable transportation
    Access to a smart phone and computer
    Active Medicaid provider ID (optional)
    Ability to drive to multiple locations daily
    Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs.
    Ability to maintain a clean criminal background and clean driver license
    Ability to use technology (computer, scanner, tablet, phone)
