    Are you passionate about delivering seamless media experiences and shaping cutting-edge AV solutions? We're seeking a Media and Conferencing Services Manager to join our client, an entertainment leader to be the hands-on expert responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of media equipment, ensuring flawless theater events and screenings.

    Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement innovative AV solutions across our global sites, making a significant impact on our clients' experiences.


    Location:
    Greater Los Angeles area / Onsite
    This job is expected to pay about $60-65/hour [Add salary/hourly pay rate range] and "plus benefits"

    What You Will Do:
    Provide white-glove support for theater events and screenings, ensuring flawless experiences for internal and external clients.
    Test and set up content, including DCP ingest, PowerPoint slides, and live mics for Q&A sessions.
    Manage house lighting, room audio quality, and projection clarity to meet client expectations.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the projection booth and all equipment.
    Coordinate with other projectionists to ensure coverage for all screenings and theater events.
    Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, working with vendors and tech leads as needed.
    Offer technical expertise and guidance for the design and implementation of AV solutions across global sites.

    What Gets You The Job:
    Minimum 8+ years of experience with

    theatrical/cinematic

    technology, audio systems, and video equipment.
    Five years of experience with Digital 4K projectors, including 2 years with the Barco SP4K.
    Experience with video conferencing solutions like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
    Familiarity with production switchers such as Tricaster.
    Understanding of connections between screening and AV technologies.
    Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
    Five years of vendor management experience in projection, audio, and AV.
    Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, including Microsoft Office.
    Willingness to learn new technologies and work independently.
