    Description

    Role Description

    This is a full-time position for an Associate Attorney .

    On-site work is preferred but we are open to discussion.

    This role comes with supportive supervision, close mentorship, and hands-on training.

    Your responsibilities in this position will increase overtime to include client contact, case handling, discovery, court hearings, depositions, and trials.

    This role requires excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.

    The position is located in Sacramento, CA .

    Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the California State Bar Association
  • Strong knowledge of California Civil Code of Procedure
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong professional ethics and integrity
  • An active interest in Family Law

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience practicing Family Law
  • Strong Knowledge of California Family Law statutes and procedures
