Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for inventory management and customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory tasks including monitoring, cycle counting, and reporting.
Provide top-notch customer service, including order entry, reporting, and maintaining metrics.
Handle purchasing functions such as back order reporting, expediting, and resolving invoice or pricing issues.
Coordinate shipping activities, handle hazardous materials, and prepare shipping documentation.
Interface directly with customers and manage various types of inventory.
Utilize various computer systems for job fulfillment.
Meet safety, performance, and quality goals.
Create programs for enhanced service efficiencies and document change management.
Handle desktop delivery of inbound packages and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service.
Spill containment training, IATA, DOT, IMDG and OSHA Right to Know a plus.
Cross-referencing and inside sales experience a plus.
Knowledge of scientific products and services a plus.
