    Salary Information:

    Hiring Range:
    $163,200 to $199,400 per year.

    Additional Compensation:

    Experience and Education Requirements:
    -
    Years of Experience: 10+ years in financial or accounting roles, with at least 5+ years in staff management.

    Required Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

    Preferred Education:
    Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., MAC, MBA, MIS).

    Hard Skills:


    • Extensive experience in SAP and familiarity with financial Record to Consolidate processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems, Business Objects, and/or Cognos reporting tools.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing crossfunctional projects and facilitating workshops.

    Job Summary and Responsibilities:

    Position: Senior Manager, Financial Systems at Disney Financial Systems.

    -

    Role Overview: Lead and drive strategy and improvements for Disney Financial Systems, particularly within the Record to Consolidate process areas.

    Manage and mentor a high-performing team to optimize and standardize processes and systems.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Define and implement longterm strategies for financial systems and processes.
    • Develop and manage strategic plans, and select methods and tools for data analysis and system improvements.
    • Lead crossfunctional teams in project life cycles, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert to optimize and standardize solutions and business processes.

    Objective: To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems at Disney, ensuring robust management and strategic improvement of financial processes.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CPA or CMA license.
    • PMP or similar project management certification.
    • Six Sigma certification.
    • Experience developing enduser training
