Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager Lead to join our team at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, US. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing care of patients and ensuring progression of care by reviewing the case promptly and applying IP IQ criteria.Responsibilities
Responsible for progressing care of patients and ensuring progression of care by reviewing the case promptly and applying IP IQ criteria.Adheres to HCA standards regarding observation management.
Works closely with the physician by monitoring the case and will notify the physician of findings, so appropriate and timely decisions can be made to admit or discharge the patient.
Identify barriers that prevent progression of care, and either remove the barrier or escalate the barrier to facility Director of Case Management.
