About us
The Brunch Box is a small, locally owned restaurant in Omaha's vibrant Capitol District. We provide an inclusive menu in a fun atmosphere for both guests and employees. All menu items can be made traditionally, vegan, or gluten-free.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the planning and execution of menus for various events, including private events and catering services
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Be knowledgeable about gluten free and vegan menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, catering, or food production setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
