As an Associate Manager of Omnichannel Sales & Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of integrating digital and traditional marketing approaches for the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio at Meijer and Hy-Vee.

Your Role:

• Work closely with the Director of Omnichannel to drive growth and conversion at Meijer and Hy-Vee
• Leverage in-store and online strategies to achieve joint business success
• Lead the development of impactful in-store events and merchandising initiatives
• Collaborate with retail partners Ahold and Shoprite to influence buying behaviors

Responsibilities:

• Represent KDP's Omnichannel team at Meijer and Hy-Vee
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs for conversion
• Optimize digital shelf content for search engine efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth
• Share best practices and insights with peers and teams
• Build strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders
• Contribute to in-store creative and retailtainment opportunities
• Influence annual planning and growth targets with Omnichannel thinking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of commercial experience
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of Ahold and Shoprite or Omnichannel environment
• Digital and/or shopper experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in PC applications and presentations
