    Role : AWS .NET Tech Lead

    Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of designing, and developing utilizing common AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, Any RDS, Streaming (Kafka), Messaging (SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Caching (Redis, Ignite, Redshift, elastic), NO-SQL and API Gateway
    • 10+ years of proficiency in at least one language C#, .Net Core, and experience in full-stack development.
    • 10+ years of experience working with RDBMS technologies like MSSQL, Oracle, or any other
    • 5+ years' experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
    • 3+ years of experience in a lead role by overseeing the development team, delivering with quality, coaching the team with the best practices.

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of distributed/decoupled systems using messaging platforms
    • Strong understanding and experience with any Relational/non-relational databases
    • In-depth understanding of AWS's Well-Architected Frameworks
    • Possess a thorough understanding of modern work practices such as DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Agile project Delivery, Release Engineering
    • Highly collaborative with experience in a hands-on technical leadership role

    Preferences:

    • Any AWS certificate is preferred
    • Experience with confluent/MSK Kafka is preferred
    • Any RDS specialization is preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong executive presence
    • Ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization and experience working with senior leaders across the firm to leverage technology to drive positive business outcomes
