    The Teammate Operations Specialist position executes, plans, and coordinates day-to-day administrative needs and performs a broad range of operational functions to ensure needs, goals, and objectives are achieved for all Central Florida locations and teammates.

    General Responsibilities:
    Plans and organizes daily activities related to production, service, and operations of the organization.

    Maintain office inventory and maintenance needs including but not limited to; kitchen supplies, office supplies, general office repairs and needs, technology/system access, and IT gear/equipment.

    Provide direct support to and liaise between the Administrative Services Department and Department Leaders; assist with projects and operational needs as communicated necessary.

    Act as liaison between enterprise-wide initiatives; maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management that hold operational impact to divisions and departments.

    Collaborate with Department Leaders and stakeholders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for cost savings.
    Seek, support, identify, and revise operational effectiveness and efficiencies of office operations.

    Support the Administrative Services Department and other Department Leaders in leveraging technology and abilities to find cost-savings, coordinate, train, and continuously strengthen processes that align with company goals and objectives.

    Perform workspace set up and handle maintenance accordingly, as well as teammate employment verification and general administrative and accounting functions as communicated necessary.

    Maintain a high level of confidentiality; maintain internal controls to ensure operational activities are in alignment and compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

    Lead and process carrier appointments and monitor licensing requirements.

    Welcome visitors, greeting by telephone as well as in person; answering, coordinating, or referring inquiries to the appropriate person and/or team.

    Record and maintain checks received in bank log (mail).Monitor logbook; maintain high level of security and stay up to date on policies and procedures.

    Effectively maintain, train, and support technology and telecommunication systems.
    Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming work environment.
    Lead and manage all postal deliveries; receive, sort, and distribute to appropriate departments.
    Facilitate and lead office maintenance, renovations, and/or repairs to IT/gear/equipment.
    Receive faxes and distribute to appropriate departments.
    Occasional travel to Ocala and Leesburg locations is required.

    Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExceptional organizational skills, verbal and written communication skillsAction and Results Oriented Team PlayerExcels in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to multi-task/handle multiple projectsExcellent in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent- 3 years of experience in a similar positionAbility to lift/carry 20-50lbs

    Preferred Qualifications:
